How do I raise a USI?

The Australian Government now requires all candidates participating in VET (Vocational Education Training) to obtain a USI (Unique Student Identifier) via the government website at https://www.usi.gov.au/your-usi/create-usi/ . It takes areound 3-5 minutes to complete. The USI number should look something like XD14GHJ589. The number remains with the candidate for life and is used for any other VET courses in the future.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

The Resus People accepts payment by debit and credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
 
When you choose to make your payment you will be taken to an eWay Payment page to use either your debit/credit card.
 
To confirm your first aid course experience payment(s) must be made at time of booking your course.

Can I change the date of the course I have already booked?

Accepted Answer

We understand that things can change.
 
Should you need to change the date of your first aid course experience just email / text / or ring, and we will reschedule the date to one that is suitable.
 
There is no charge for changing.
